This membership allows for you to use the funds however you like within a one year period. You may choose a 50 minute facial (equal to $45) or allocate funds to other services and products throughout the year. Once funds are gone...they are gone and you will have to pay for services and products at full price. May not renew until the year is up and time for renewal.

Membership & Membership Cancellation Policies
It is understandable that life/things happen. Please be courteous by cancelling appointments within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.
Memberships are worth your money if you use them! You can cancel your membership at anytime. Set up as a recurring automatic payment with credit card on file to take advantage of membership offerings. Must call Elevate Face + Body to cancel. Cancellations will be on the 1st of each month. Unused benefits will not rollover. If you cannot make it in for your benefit, you can gift it to a friend, family member or use credit towards products or upgrading facial! When using credit towards products, you will get the 10% off but no cash back.
Coupons will not be applied towards memberships.
